My journey into personal training began with my own transformation at 55, when I realized how much my life could change with the right guidance and support. That experience inspired me to create Personal Training Team, Inc., a space where others could achieve the same life-changing results. With certifications from ISSA and NCCPT, along with 15 additional specialty certificates in areas like TRX, stability, and senior fitness, I’m fully equipped to help you reach your fitness goals, no matter where you’re starting from.
In my training sessions, I focus on creating an engaging, supportive environment where you can thrive. Whether we’re working around physical limitations like knee, shoulder, or back issues, or simply looking to boost your overall fitness, I tailor each workout to meet your unique needs. My small group sessions are designed to be fun and motivating, with just four participants per session to ensure you get the personalized attention you deserve.
